	1. What do you mean by Seat in Coach Sightseeing?   • SIC sightseeing tours depart on a regular scheduled basis with fixed sightseeing itineraries and are operated on SIC (Seat in Coach) Basis. • Normally you would need to join the programme at a central pick-up point or starting point. In some places, several prominent hotels are en-route pick-up points. Some of our service partners also offer pick-up from the hotel in a minivan and pooling of the passengers done at the central starting point.   • The method of operation of sightseeing will vary and is dependent on the destination. Joining instructions will be communicated on the service confirmation voucher, along with contact details of the local service partner. 2. What is Private Sightseeing?   • If you want to see the sights at your own pace and according to your individual requirements, opt for privately arranged sightseeing. Set your own itinerary and choose from a selection of private chauffeur-driven vehicles and experienced local guides speaking several different languages.   • If you are looking for personal service and maximum flexibility, then this is the option for you. 3. What are Panoramic or Orientation Tours?   A Panoramic city tour allows you to view the sights and monuments as you drive past from your coach and includes a few photo stops. These are often a feature of several escorted coach tours. 4. How to get the most out of sightseeing?   • Valuable tips and instructions offered by your Tour Manager or local guide will help you enjoy your sightseeing and experience the most out of it.   • Also doing a bit of homework will really pay... read up on the place and get acquainted with the must see and must do activities...   • Keep a careful eye open for sights not to be missed. In several cases, there will be too much and too little time... keep moving so that you do not miss on things. 5. How do I join a Sightseeing Programme?   • For services that start from your hotel, you must be ready at the appointed meeting point indicated on the service voucher, at least 15 minutes prior to the confirmed pick up time.   • For services starting at airports, stations or ports, you must ensure that you wait for the Driver or Representative at the appointed meeting point as detailed on your voucher.   • If you are unable to locate the Driver or Representative at the scheduled time, you must contact the relevant telephone number provided on your service voucher. 6. What are some general conditions governing Private Sightseeing Tours?   • Private sightseeing with a Driver and a Local Guide may not include any entrance fees.   • Local Guides enter many attractions free of charge, but where you require a Guide to accompany you into an attraction, you may be asked to cover the Guide’s entrance fee in addition to your own.   • Your local guide would have a good overall knowledge of the city sights but if you require exceptionally in-depth commentary on particular attractions may not be possible.   • Private sightseeing where conducted with a driver providing the commentary whilst driving is best suited to visitors looking for a panoramic city tour.   • Drivers may not be able to park the vehicle and accompany you inside specific attractions and they may not be permitted to conduct tours on foot, due to local tourism regulations.   • Private sightseeing is generally restricted to city or area limits. Your driver will be aware of these restrictions, and will inform you accordingly.
