Thanks a lot for the very prompt response and redressal of my concern, i appreciate our willingness to resolve this reversal matter to my satisfaction.

I just wanted to let you know that i did get the refund today in my C/Card account..thanks to you. This is a star example of cutomer service that deserves commendability..being from the support industry myself, i can associate with feelings of both being a customer and on the other side of the phone.

Wish you a great coming weekend, And yes, as you suggested, the mouthshut review would be updated by in 1-2 days..whenever i get a chance to do so.
