01. This offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
02. This Cash Back offer is valid for Domestic Air Tickets booked during the Happiest Hours on Air India (AI & IC), GoAir, IndiGo, Jet Airways, Jet Airways Konnect, JetLite, Kingfisher Airlines, Kingfisher Red and Spicejet on all booking classes using your Master / Visa Credit Card (all banks) through Ezeego One Travel & Tours Ltd.

The Happiest Hours offer is valid only for 2 hours each day. The timings of the offer will change every day and will be displayed on the website. To avail of this offer, bookings will have to be made during these 2 hours only.

04. All bookings under this offer have to be made atleast 15 days prior to the date of travel. Bookings have to be made online on our website www.ezeego1.com
05. The Cash Back is calculated only on the Basic Fare mentioned on the ticket. All surcharges and taxes are payable extra.

06. The Cash Back will be credited back to your Credit Card account within 21 working days and will accordingly reflect in your card statement. 
07. The Card Holder should be one of the passengers booked to travel in order to avail of the Happiest Hours offer.
08. Cash back will be offered only on 1 transaction per product, per day, per credit card during the offer period. 
09. All tickets would be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline terms and conditions.
10. Cancellation charges / date change penalties will be applicable as per the airline rules for all tickets purchased through this promotion.
11. Apart from the amendment / cancellation charges levied by the airlines, ezeego1 will charge a handling fee of Rs.500/- per ticket per person for all amendments / cancellations. Refunds if any will be processed only after deducting the same. There will be no refund on partly utilized tickets.
12. This promotion is funded from a special promotional budget created by Ezeego1.
13. This offer is not open for sale to Travel Agents. Ezeego1 reserves the right to deny / roll back the Cash Back amount for such transactions.   
14. Ezeego1 reserves the right to add or withdraw any airline from the offer during the promotion period.
15. Ezeego1 reserves the right to change or withdraw the Offer, any time at the sole discretion of the Management. The Terms and Conditions of this promotion are subject to change without any prior notice.
16. Ezeego1 shall not guarantee or be held responsible or liable for any product or service offered by the Airlines which is not within the control of Ezeego1.
17. All disputes related to the offer shall be the subject matter of the jurisdiction of the Mumbai High Court. The prevailing statutory laws of India shall be applicable to the offer.
18. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer currently applicable on www.ezeego1.com for the same products.

For holiday packages, cashback will be given to 2 passengers booked in the transaction. For eg, if a package is booked for 3 passengers, cashback will be given only to the first 2 passengers.

All bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking. In case of non availability of air     seats, hotels, in case of alternates offered, the difference in cost would be payable. The cash back will be offered on the original price at which the product was booked.

11. Cancellation policy will be as mentioned on the website for each of the products booked. Refunds if any will be given after deducting the cancellation charges.
12. In case of amendments, there may be charges applicable once the bookings are processed. Also if the requested hotel is not available for the new dates, the difference in cost would be payable along with the amendment charges.

13. In case of event periods and trade fair periods, there could be surcharges applicable on the hotels. In case of non availability of hotels, alternate hotels will be provided. Any difference in cost as a result will be additionally payable.
14. In case of any increase in the cost that may come into force prior to the departure date including change in price owing to change of fuel prices, the difference in cost would be payable prior to departure.
15. All other standard Terms & Conditions mentioned on the ezeego1 website would apply.
