The prices mentioned on the website are applicable only if there are a minimum of 2 adults staying in a cabin. Surcharge will be applicable for Single occupancy.

Offer for the companion is subject to availability of cabin at offer price at the time of booking and applicable only on cabin categories BA – DC.

Winner will be chosen from among the clients booked in any cabin on the 3 night Star Cruises Libra sailings departing between 17 Apr – 26 Jun 2011 and booked between 13th Apr - 15th May.

Free cruise will be in the form of cashback towards cabin fare for 2 persons on twin sharing.

The cashback will be the cost of the DC category cabin based on the offer of 50% off for the companion irrespective of actual cabin type booked under any fare type by the client.

The free cruise offer shall stand forfeited if the original cruise booking is cancelled.

We reserve the right to publish the winner’s photo and name on our site and any other medium of communication with the sole intention to convey the result of the lucky draw.

All disputes related to the offer shall be the subject matter of the jurisdiction of the Mumbai High Court. The prevailing statutory laws of India shall be applicable to the offer.
