8. Bookings have to be made online on our website www.ezeego1.com or by calling our 24x7 Customer Service Team on 1800 209 0800 (Toll Free) or 098675 65900 (GSM).
9. On validation of the promo code, an instant discount of Re. 1 will be given. The actual cash back will be processed to your card account within 7 working days after receiving full payment towards the booking. The amount will reflect in your card account within 3-14 working days from date of processing depending on your bank.
10. The offer is valid for Adult and Child bookings only. This offer is not valid for Infant bookings.
11. All tickets would be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline terms and conditions
12. Cancellation charges / date change penalties will be applicable as per the airline rules for all tickets purchased through this promotion.
13. Apart from the amendment / cancellation charges levied by the airlines, ezeego1 will charge applicable transaction fee and a handling fee of Rs. 400/- per ticket per person for all amendments / cancellations. Refunds if any will be processed only after deducting the same. There will be no refund on partly utilized tickets.
14. This promotion is funded from a special promotional budget created by Ezeego1.
15. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer currently applicable on www.ezeego1.com for the same products.
16. The Offer is not open to the relatives and employees of Ezeego1 and its associate companies.

25. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL to be conducted in accordance to Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
26. Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programmes. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a 'best effort basis'.
27. SBICPSL and Ezeego1 reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to these Programmes at any time with/without prior notice.
