Terms & Conditions:

  1. This offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
  2. This offer is Not Valid for bookings made by Travel Agents or Affiliate partners.
  3. This offer is valid for domestic roundtrip air tickets booked on Air India (AI only), Go Air, IndiGo, Jet Airways (9W only), Kingfisher Airlines or Spice Jet through Ezeego One Travel & Tours Ltd.
  4. Get 25% cash back on booking any one-way domestic air-ticket upto a maximum cash back of Rs. 250 per ticket.
  5. The offer is valid for booking from 1st May 2012 to 31st August 2012 and travel till 31st December 2012.
  6. Offer is valid for bookings made using HDFC Bank credit cards. Payments made through any other mode of payment like debit card, net banking, oxicash / paymate or cash on delivery are not eligible under the offer.
  7. Bookings have to be made online on our website www.ezeego1.com or by calling our 24x7 Customer Service Team on 1800 209 0800 (Toll Free) or 098675 65900 (GSM).
  8. Applicable Fees and Surcharges will have to be borne in full by the customer.
  9. To avail the offer, kindly enter the Promocode provided by the bank on the payment page. Note - validation of promo code does not guarantee cash back, other terms and conditions have to be met.
  10. On validation of the promo code, an instant discount of Re. 1 will be given. The actual cash back will be processed to your card account within 7 working days after receiving full payment towards the booking. The amount will reflect in your card account within 3-14 working days from date of processing depending on your bank.
  11. The offer is valid for Adult and Child bookings only. This offer is not valid for Infant bookings.
  12. All tickets would be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline terms and conditions
  13. Cancellation charges / date change penalties will be applicable as per the airline rules for all tickets purchased through this promotion.
  14. Apart from the amendment / cancellation charges levied by the airlines, ezeego1 will charge applicable transaction fee and a handling fee of Rs. 400/- per ticket per person for all amendments / cancellations. Refunds if any will be processed only after deducting the same. There will be no refund on partly utilized tickets.
  15. Cash back amount will be reversed in case of any cancellation.
  16. This promotion is funded from a special promotional budget created by Ezeego1.
  17. Ezeego1 and reserves the right to add or withdraw any airline from the offer during the promotion period.
  18. Ezeego1 shall not guarantee or be held responsible or liable for any product or service offered by the Airlines which is not within the control of Ezeego1.
  19. All disputes related to the offer shall be the subject matter of the jurisdiction of the Mumbai High Court. The prevailing statutory laws of India shall be applicable to the offer.
  20. Ezeego1 reserves the right to change or withdraw the Offer, any time at the sole discretion of the Management. The Terms and Conditions of this promotion are subject to change without any prior notice.
